Carol Commons (Brosowske)

Carol Commons (Brosowske)

Carol died on January 7, 2016 of cancer.  She lived in Plano and is survived by her husband, Jim, 3 children and grandchildren.  Carol was a very talented staff writer for Texas Hill Country. She was the most loving, kind, caring person you could ever be lucky enough to know. She cared about everybody and always tried to help if anyone had a problem. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren so much! She lost her youngest precious 4 month old granddaughter recently and was devastated. There is no doubt she is now holding that precious baby. She will be sorely missed by many!

The funeral will be Saturday January 14th at 10:30am at Custer Road United Methodist Church, 6601 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75023

I'm sorry to hear of Carol's death and for the loss that I am sure is felt by her family.

I am so happy to have spend that day with Carol and friends, above in this picture. She had a heart of gold, and a personality to match. She was the real deal...a genuine friend, arms wide open, and a heart to give, and pay froward. My heart goes out to her family, and friends. Heaven has assigned a new guardian angel.

I too am grateful for the day we spent together in the picture. I got to know and love her more that day! She was the life of the party!  She was kind, caring and thoughtful and will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her. She was a special human being.

It's so unbelievable that my dear, sweet friend is gone from us. I loved spending time with her in Rockwall at our group lunch, at Lake Fork with her amazing quilting group, and at our class reunion. I always loved her smile and radiating spirit. You will be missed by many. Fly high with angels my dear friend.
