Terri Myers Fry

I worked for Western National Life Ins for 6 1/2 years. I divorced my first husband and met my soul mate. After dating for 8 months, I moved to Happy Tx. Richard and I married November 1990. I got a job doing feedyard accounting at Lone Star Feedyard and worked there for 6 1/2 years. Then I quit to go to work for Happy State Bank. I started as a teller, then Supervisor over tellers, then transferred to Operations side as Head of the Card Department. I ordered Debit cards for customers, worked Fraud and Disputes on customers cards. I provided excellent customer service to our customers as well as 41 branches. After 6 years I was promoted to Bank Officer, then at 10 years I was promoted to Assistant Vice President. I managed 6 employees in my department. After 23 years with the bank I retired Dec 2020.

My Mom, Jean Myers, worked in the office, so when I got a chance to skip class, which was approved by the teacher (Mr. Frisbie) I made sure I did not go by the commons area.

My teacher Bob Colson later became our State Farm Agent for our house insurance for many years until he retired. He still lives in Tulia, Tx.
